Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 (or your initial deposit). Please send an e-mail to: aruiz@dragonflyagency.com if you want to cancel your appointment. If Dragonfly Agency cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
