WTF Beauty: Summer Product Launch Event

Brief
The project involved analyzing the client’s beauty brand, conducting thorough market research, identifying areas of improvement and providing strategic recommendations to enhance their overall performance.
WTF Beauty approached us to launch their new summer product line with the goal of creating a high-impact event that would drive awareness, generate buzz on social media, and convert interest into sales. The brand wanted an experience that blended beauty, community, and an exclusive product reveal.
What We Did
· Curated and invited a handpicked list of top beauty artists in the Tampa Bay area to connect the brand with respected local talent.
· Extended invitations beyond influencers to include both new and returning consumers, ensuring a diverse and engaged guest list.
· Served as the primary liaison before and after the event so the owner could focus on the bigger picture — managing all communication and coordination with vendors for a seamless execution.
· Provided full creative direction for marketing activations, branding elements, and guest experiences.
· Designed and branded event features such as cornhole bags, ice cream cups, and goodie bags to create a cohesive visual identity.
· Crafted and distributed the official email invitation, along with a detailed follow-up the day before the event with parking, dress code, and key details.
· Built a detailed event checklist to ensure nothing was overlooked, from vendor needs to guest touchpoints.
· Printed all event signage, including a branded welcome sign.
· Developed brand pillars, core messaging prompts, primary and supporting hashtags, catchphrases, invitation message prompts, and signage copy ideas to ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Results
· Completely sold out of the initial 300 products within the launch period, prompting an urgent reorder to meet demand.
· Achieved 43,455 total views, 84 new followers, and 1.1K interactions on social media in just one month.
· Generated extensive UGC from event attendees, influencers, and consumers, organically amplifying brand reach.
· Strengthened community connections and boosted brand loyalty through a well-balanced mix of influencer, industry, and consumer engagement.
